It depends on your VO I suppose, so I hope somebody else going through the Tel Aviv VO can answer, or a more senior member.

I'm curious about this too. The CIC site states that wait times are 16-18 weeks, but the FBI site says 5-6 weeks. Is there a reason for this discrepancy? I do note that the address listed on the CIC site (for where to send the fingerprints and forms) is slightly different from the address on the FBI site (the CIC address has an additional line of text, specifying where in the building to send it I guess).
