1. If have a fingerprinted criminal offence, and finally ABSOLUTELY DISCHARGED with no criminal record. So on the RCMP CRIMINAL report still have something on it?

2.It will take more than 120 days to get the RCMP report even if there is a fingerprinted criminal offence. Why takes that long to process it ? and is that an way I can get it in earlier time? or someone have this experience?

3.CIC gives me only 2 month to submit it and it looks like not enough and will CIC give the extension if I submitted a EOL and what is the maximum extension time I can have?

4. In this case, will it be most likely reject application by CIC?

Please comment and Suggest! Thanks in advance.

At this point wha you can do is write a loe and attach as my documents to prove that the charges have been withdrawn . Attach the recipe of the rcmpas well . The cic website straight says if u have a absolute discharge and the offence happen in canada then u are not inadmissible to Canada .

Hi Baljas,

Thanks for your advice.

I have a conditional discharge with 1 year probation which will end on April 1st, 2016.
Immigration requested for RCMP letter from me which i have to submit in 60 days.

So I am going to send on or after April 1st RCMP letter (which it got issued on Dec. 2nd) which states positive identification on the letter along with my lawyer who took my case with his LOE alongwith letter from my probation officer that i completed my probation period.

Basically conditional or absolute discharge doesnt afffect the immigration if it is minor crime as it is no conviction but immigration can see in their database our name so when they search they can see our record but they cant see what charges were.

So my lawyer told me on April 1st my conditional discharge will become absolute and the conditions completed which will be very effective to submit that time. So I am waiting for 1 month to get all the things done.

Hope everything goes well with you too. Let me know when you submit your documents what response CIC sends you?
