Fingerprint mail was sent but i didn.t not received from cic

I didn.t get any mail or letter for fingerprints from cic they send me fingerprint letter. But i sitll didn't received any email or mail from cic .
Which CIC the agent said to me we send the litter for fingerprint it was frist of may it is almost and of may sitll no letter for fingerprints .
I don.t know what to do
