fingerprint for dependents(spouse and kid)

hi friends - i am trying to gather docs, required for 2nd phase. W.r.t fingerprints from FBI, can someone please confirm if the fingerprints are required for dependents ? (a) I think it needs to be done for my spouse even its just me who will be relocating once I am approved then later my spouse will be sponsored by me.(b) does it needs to be done for a 2 years old kid ? please advise

No PCC is needed for minor.
For FBI fingerprint.. please search in forum... you will get lot threads for that....
you need PCC for your own country too...if you are indian, you can get that from indian consulate.. that info is also mentioned in lot of posts..
it would be better to send your wife's PCC while sending yours.... same rules apply to all dependents who are major...
