I am July applicant, landed last month and awaiting for PR card. Not sure, If I have provided finger prints earlier.

Is Finger Prints mandatory under CEC?

Just wait for your PR, you don't have anything else to do

Check CIC waiting times website, if you're waiting longer than indicated time call CIC, otherwise just take it easy.
