finger prints and pictures after cic decision.

hi evryone cic asked for my passport today, and they told me to send them passport, two pictures and a letter to describe my eyes color, height and name via mail to the embassy, i was thinking that i should go physically so they can take biometric pictures and my fingerprints especially that during interview i didn't do so, is that normale ?

did they ask for your fingerprints? if not, then there's no reason to get them done and send them. if they asked for your passport, that is your passport request, and that means they are trying to finalize your visa. send them what they are requesting how they are requesting it (the letter specifies how they want to receive it). the pictures need to be specific to the size requirements in the application. more than likely you can not just go to the office physically for this.
