We recently received police certificate request for my mother. They have requested the fingerprints for my 70 years old mother, but not for my father who is also a applicant in the application.
They said it must be done by the police official, I do not think any police official does it in India.
Can anybody tell me from where to get fingerprinting done in Punjab, India? It will be a great help.
