Finger print information Not on file even after 4 months

Out of curiosity I called CIC today and found that they don't have information on my Finger Prints, that I completed them... on file yet and CIC Agent suggested to send a copy of receipt to Vancouver office marking it as FYI.

Is this normal for Citizenship applicant from Vancouver/Surrey BC area? Looking at Vancouver Area applications timeline in various forums they are usually taking much longer time overall... Is Vancouver office a bottleneck for us ?

I replied to you on the June 2018 thread.
It's been 4 months since you sent your FPs and they have not received it? I would send the receipt you have to IRCC in Vancouver (Expo Blvd), and re-do the FPs at Commissionaires just in case (then send the new receipt to them RIGHT AWAY with the old receipt, with a cover letter).
Be honest in your cover letter, saying you had done the FPs, but they don't seem to have received the information, so you did them again etc.
