Finding this part of Schedule A form question #4E confusing!

Hi Y’all,

I really don’t understand this question on the schedule A form!

been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat desélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country

#1, I was Refused USA visitor visa, which i tick yes to.

#2, I created account for: Expression of Interest (MPNP) & Express Entry. I didn’t get any invitation to apply for permanent residence.. Dues this mean i was Refused or rejected???

Its advisable to be very honest with IRCC......i think its good you Tick "YES"

In the section......."If your answer to any of the question is YES, please provide details below".......will prefer you provide details of any refused visa, and state you created account for: Expression of Interest (MPNP) & Express Entry but didn’t get any invitation to apply for permanent residence.

Really don't think providing these details will have any negative effect on your PR application, but have seen cases where the answer to these question creating problems for folks on this site.....its just my comment........wish you Good Luck
