My name is Priyanka and I'm planning to immigrate to Canada and I'm at a stage where I'm confused regarding what NOC to select for the jobs that I've done previously.
So, I started my career with Amazon Development center as a Transaction Risk Investigator and my roles and responsibilities were:
· Making Amazon the safest and most trusted place on Earth by protecting the innocent and deterring the ill-intentioned.
· Building the platform to ensure that every Amazon transaction is trusted, safe and protected from fraud.
· Investigate to evaluate buyer or seller transactions/profiles.
· Checking all customer orders for possible fraud and examine suspicious activity using powerful and intuitive software.
· Proof-reading all the communication between a buyer and seller on the internal tool and arrive at a decision based on the defined policies within average handling time (AHT).
· Communicating effectively via email and/or telephone with our customer base - buyers, merchants and internal customers.
· Taking appropriate action to identify and help minimise the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends.
· Process refund/replacement or provide compensation after investigation.
· Flagging abusive buyers and sellers by looking at their purchase and refund/replacement patterns.
· Reporting daily production and performance to the supervisors.
Can someone please help me with what will be the right NOC code for me for the above mentioned roles and responsibilities, or if I can be re-directed to somewhere I can get detailed information on this.
