Hi..

I'm Planned to visit Canada in January 2016. Im Holding Canada Tourist visa. Can any one suggest me how to find a job.

My intention is to find a job & settle down in Canada.

Appreciate your feedback..

There's really no special way of looking for jobs or finding jobs. You should look at online postings of reputable sides such as indeed, Canadian Job Bank, workopolis, monster, etc. - and apply for jobs that meet your education / experience.

Assume it will be very difficult to find a job as a foreign worker. In order to apply for a work permit, you'll need to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job. That employer will also need to obtain an LMIA (approval to hire you).

The LMIA process is long and expensive. The employer will first have to advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer will then have to submit the LMIA application for processing along with a $1,000 fee. Processing times for the LMIA can be over 4 months. If the LMIA is approved (not all are), you can then apply for a work permit.

If you plan to come to Canada and look for a job from within Canada, I would make sure you have enough money to survive here for at least 6 months without working.
