Not easy as far as I have read and understood. Do not take me wrong but analyze the situation below.

Just think of some one from Kenya and Somalia coming to you in Bangalore with his degrees that you have not heard of and some good experience which you do not understand, who speaks with an accent which is hard to understand, how easily will you offer job to this person, when you have local talent available.

Canadian Education and experience are very much required for the job search in most cases. Please read the following two posts.

This one is by Josh. He has spectacularly shared his experiences, which is used by guide by many of us on forum. God Bless him

Second one is by Qorax and I have also added my opinion on 0213

Hope this helps you to set up your expectations and plan accordingly

Hi Ankit,

Bro i appreciate your response, but i guess a north India Punjabi guy going to South India is equally difficult for both the parties.
I have experience in Accenture, i guess pretty well known through out the world. But i know what u mean as well.

So i completely appreciate your reply, i ll surely take your suggestion into account.

Shahi

Hi,

ankit gave you a proper answer.
As per my understanding here, most of the new immigrants have to face lot of impediment or hindrance to secure a suitable job according to his professional qualification and experience, only for the reason that they don't have any Canadian certification or experience. So they are compelled to accept any sort of job in the beginning to meet their living expences.

Go to Singapore, there are plenty of IT jobs
The Singapore govt. will welcome you with
opened arms and legs. You'll get your Singapore
PR in a jiffy, and Singapore citizenship shortly.

Singapore is an ok option but not a long term one, small country and higher cost of living. North American offers lot more opportunities. Good luck!

Can't believe people still give in to lame reasonings like this :) think about 8 out of 100 people (% East Indians in Toronto)from Somalia and Kenya already in the Bangalore job market...flourishing and successful in their respective profession...how bad can be the resistance ?
