There are agencies in Canada that provide "pre-departure services" for immigrants. On the Immigration Canada website, it lists 14 such agencies and organizations that they approve of. There is a video called "pre-departure services" on youtube by the channel "your complete guide for moving to Canada". it lists these agencies and their specialties, and their contact info.
it is said that you should contact as many agencies as you qualify for because they have different networks and contact, this way you get more chances to be connected to an employer that hires you.
