Hi, I’m planning to invite my parents for my convocation. When it comes to financial support, neither my parents nor I do have money in our bank account but have in hand. We can deposit in the bank as quick as possible but will IRCC accept a recent transacted money as proof of financial support? I want to apply for their visitor visa ASAP!

They (not you) need to show that they can afford to come to Canada as well as strong ties to home country and travel history. If they deposit a large amount of into the bank then it must be accounted for. They like to see that money has been in an account for 4-6 months but you have no option for that. Where do they live?
They live in India. My only problem is we can’t show that we maintained the balance in our bank statement for 3 months as it’s going to be a recent transaction.
So if you want to apply ASAP then they will need to show where the money came from. Processing (not including biometrics) averages about 4 months.
Nobody can guarantee the outcome but not having a long bank history will likely be a problem.
