I have few questions, I applied for study permit before and it was refused since CBIE, Canadian Bearu for international education, that is sponsoring me is out of money now. However, I have a document to approve that CBIE owes me amount of money, would it be acceptable to use this document as financial support document?
2) Is it applicable if I transferred the required amount of money to apply for study permit from my dad bank account to my td bank account to be considered as financial support documents ? also would it be acceptable if my dad would deposit the money in my account now and then I send my application and the other decrements required for ARC, Authorization to return to Canada? or should I have to wait for four months after deposited the money in my Canadian bank account to apply for my study permit?
Please not that I have to apply for ARC at the same time since the responsible immigration office doesn't allow me to apply for ARC by itself. Also if you know how long ARC could take to be accepted would be appreciated; given the fact that I got an exclusion order (1 year). I need to shorten only 2 months from this bar to restart my MA on time.
Any advice could be in handy!
