I think funds are not an issue as long as you have been nominated by the province. An officer usually assesses if you will be able to economically establish yourself, the more funds you show, the better it is. Economically establish yourself means they asses how much finds you have, your IELTS scored (If applicable), your degrees, your work experience and so on. I had about 6 something in my account and it was fine as I have a job and work experience in Canada. I think you should not worry since your province has already nominated you and seem to be well aware of your finances.
