Hello,
I am applying for a work permit for a post-doc position in Quebec. I did my PhD in the U.S (Dec, 2013) and have not been employed since May 2013.The work permit application asks for a document from my current employer to verify my financial status. But since I am unemployed right now, I was planning on uploading a current back statement. I hope that suffices, along with an explanation letter saying I have been unemployed. Any one have any ideas for what documents I could use here? And also how much funds should I be showing?
Kindly comment. Looking forward to responses.
Thank you!
