Financial requirements for international student migration

I am from Bangladesh. I am planning to study masters in canada. I am really confused about the financial requirements. i currently don't have any any bank statement or bank account that can support the financial requirements. Here are the questions i have
1. Can i use my sister's bank account as a proof for funds needed
2. If it is not possible to show my sister's bank account as proof and i need to open bank account, how old does the bank account needs to be before i can show it as a proof.
3. Is showing asset necessary. If i show asset will it boost my chance

You need to pay first year tuition and have at least $10k Cdn in the bank. If you are over 21, you really need your own bank account and show funds for at least 4 months in your account. How much is in your sister’s account because her funds are not your funds. You must show that you can afford to study in Canada.
