Just worried about my number after they ask for the 12 month period preceding the date of the application. Its alot smaller than my option c printout.

Im not in quebec.

If im just sponsoring my spouse, am I exempt from financial requirements?

Yes, but you still need to be able to provide support - remember, as a sponsor you sign an agreement to that effect.
