Financial Means for CEC ITAs

I received an ITA under CEC and to my surprise I still see an area to upload proof of financial means. I am still steadfast in my belief that I can ignore it and state its an application under CEC. Can someone please still reaffirm my belief to help me calm down my nerves?

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer.
