Hi,
I'm currently filling out all the paperwork for the commonlaw partner sponsor application.
With the financials my fiancé who is sponsoring me - earnt less than the minimum requirement of $23,000 income and it clearly states not to bother sending in form if it is below that figure. We recently discovered that she is pregnant, would special occurances like that make them overlook the financial side? As she would be the stay at home mum and i'd be the main bread winner regardless.

Don't know where you are getting your information but there is no minimum financial requirement to sponsor a common-law partner. You just need to show that you guys can support yourselves without social assistance. This can be through a combination of your income, her income, combined savings, letters from family offering financial support etc.
