I am almost done with all the paperworks but I am so confused with the Financial Evaluation/Sponsorship Evaluation form. I'm not sure if should fill up either.
I am sponsoring my spouse and our 2 year old son. I've been reading carefully and found out that the Financial Evaluation form should only be filled out if my dependent child has a dependant child (supposedly a grandchild, right?). Did I get it right not to fill out the Financial Evaluation Form?
Second, there is also a Sponsorship Evaluation form. It says, "this form is to be completed by persons who want to sponsor their dependent children who have no dependent children of their own." So does that mean that I have to fill up this form because I am sponsoring my spouse together with our dependent child?
Hope you guys could help us out with this matter. We've been wanting to submit our application for the longest time. It's slowly coming together but these forms has got me so confused. Thank you very much to all those who will help.
