Financial Documents required for study visa

I got my admission confirmed for MASc with atleast 12,000 CAD. I need to know how much funds should i have to show and for how long? It is stated in my admission document that i need 37,000 CAD yearly including living.
I have enough fixed deposits. Do my parents need to give an Affidavit on a stamp papers since they are my sponsors.
Exact financial document required by CHC?

hi,
1-You have to show just 1 year tution fee + living expensive almost 10000 CAD + trevling expensive 3000 CAD.
2-you can show fixed deposit or running finance and the statement should be past 4 to 6 months.
3-yes you need an affvidavit from your sponser(parents) that they are responsible for your dues.
4-statement,prof of financial like NTN certificate,sourse of incom,property document if available, etc.
