Financial documents for CEC; invalid file size

Hello! I have two questions about the financial documents for the CEC.

1. I am only qualified for CEC, not any other class. In the files checklist, I am still asked to provide proof for finances. According to this link https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/cec-proof-of-funds.290732/, and this link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/proof-funds.html I am not supposed to have this in my checklist. In the personal details section, I only put $2000 dollars. What am I missing here?

2. I got the documents required in my checklist from my bank. It is a pdf file more than 50 pages. When I try to upload to the website, it pops an error claiming invalid file size. Is it normal to have this file more than 50 pages? What is the maximum size for the file to upload?

It asked me during questionnaire as to how much I am bringing to Canada I said "0". When submitting docs I uploaded a LOE explaining that I have been asked to apply under CEC and that is why did not use any financial documents. But under employment, I put in my NOAs and T4s and pay stubs

Thanks for your answer. I have decided to provide a letter of explanation and my savings banking statements for the financial proof, since the financial proof is in my checklist.
