It states other reasons-not satisfied with your proposed course of study.not satisfied that you are a genuine student who would depart canada at the end of the authorised for stay

Well i don't know why this happened ..maybe i had something else coming up
I'm planing to complete my degree in india itself

All the best to other people waiting

Sorry i don't remember whether it was general category or not though I applied it by myself
I don't think there was any category I simply applied with the form study permit outside canada

I don't know why you're giving out that advice. What is the purpose of reapplying? What has changed?

I also don't know why somebody would want to spend a fortune and travel half way around the world to study in a program which is available in his home country? It makes NO sense. That is why he was refused the visa. Because the ENTIRE application makes NO sense.

A genuine student will study in his home country if the program of study is available there. It's as simple as that. Visa officers are not stupid.
