Finally Received My Original Passport Request!

Hey guys,
I'm so happy that today I finally got an email saying that they require my original passport.

However, I have several questions.

(1) First of all, what do they mean by "A completed pre-paid return airway bill which ensures collection services"? (see below):
"To submit by courier, you must include your passport, a copy of the request letter, as well as a completed pre-paid return airway bill which ensures collection services. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your application."

(2) Second of all, how long does it take usually for them to process the visa + delivery time if I use the courier service from South Korea to Philippines (or overseas in general)? Would it take more than a month?

(3) Thirdly, do you think I should use the courier service or should I just submit it in person if I plan to be arriving in Canada on August 13th next month?

it means you have to include a prepaid return envelop.This way the passport will automatically come to your address. Prepaid envelope is a type of envelope which is paid before service.FedEx, DHl other have it

Visa takes 7 days usually.I think delivery should not take more than 7 days. I do not think it would take more than a month maximum 3 weeks I guess.

If you can go there it will be faster then courier I think but would cost you more. If your email tells you can drop yourself then its your choice.
