Finally Got Passport Request, what next?

Hi all,

Finally got email today for passport request. phew
The nerve aching waiting is over now

I am driving to Buffalo next week to get the visa issued in person then landing to Toronto.

I am wondering where to get B form (i don't know exactly, its name) which says the goods are following us at the border while landing. Where to get it?

Here is my time line:
Buffalo started processing: Nov, 3, 2009 (in between have contacted Buffalo office thrice, always got reply for background checks).
Initial Assessment: Mar 4, 2010
PPR: May 4, 2010 (through email)
E cas still says in process

You don't actually need a form...

We jsut did a printed document that has a list of the goods, value and serial numbers. If it does not have a serial number it can be put in a category - ie. Clothes $475, Shoes $150, CD's $60 etc.

You should follow the instructions in the request.

It varies dependant on what office you submit through.
