It will just state to send your passport by courier and if you want it picked up and brought back to you by courier you need to give the courier company a letter stating they are allowed to pick it up,if not they will just mail it to you.
It will also state not to sell anything or quit any jobs until you have your visa in hand as this is not a confirmation that they are putting in a visa. Its just a standard letter.
So other than that send it off to the visa office with the return you want.

also the letter should state till what date visa is valid for entry to Canada (1 year after medicals done).
Also whether you need to send additional photos, any fees should be paid (if all not paid upfront).

Also some excerpts:
"If you had any changes in your family (e.g. new baby) between the time you submit your application and the time of your travel to Canada, you must notify of these changes.
It is your obligation to notify us in advance of any changes of passport or changes in your passport details (e.g. - new passport, new surname, new date of expiration, new child added to passport, etc.).
You must ensure that you have a blank page in each passport for each member of your family traveling on that passport."

I would email them back asking for the letter. Just in case...
