Hi,
I believe instead of getting a PPR, CIC are now doing more of these finalized interviews. I have mine coming up shortly. I've searched the forum but it seems only a handful of people have reported that they went through this route.
Seemingly they ask you some basic questions, you hand in the photos and then they activate your COPR there and then.
I have a question though because right now it takes 47 days for a PR card. I won't be at my current residency when the card is due so I'm checking if I can delay the activation of the COPR i.e. take the COPR and do the activation another time at a border? Or is it worthwhile renting a short term letterbox with a physical address and asking CIC to send it there?
