Finalization of 2015 Inland Sponsorship

Hopefully someone out there knows the answer to this question...today I received an email from CIC stating my application had been completed and I should be hearing from the CIC Ottawa office to finalize the family sponsorship application. I called CIC to find out how long this takes, and of course they had no answer.

My application was received August 14, 2015 and I just had a DM last Thursday, my son is with me and I'm trying to get a SIN for him and can't do it until we get the COPR. Please help!

As you are inland applicant, you'll get you copr at the landing interview. I don't know the processing time of Ottawa office, but my guess is no more than a month after DM. You receive a schedule appointment by email soon.

It is for Inland application, it's been a long process for me so a little inpatient timeline wise. Yours moved quickly, congrats!!
