My monthly pay at my first company was 80,000 Rs monthly. I stayed there for 26 months. Over the course of this time, I had about 25 unpaid leaves (not continuos). These were taken out of my last month's paycheque, substantially reducing it to only 5000 Rs.
What I want to ask is will this cause suspicion? On my salary slip it is mentioned that these were due to unpaid leaves. My work experience is currently at 3 years 3 days (adding to another company experience) going by starting and ending dates. Will this drop the work experience below the 3 year mark?
