Final Degree Sealed Envelope to University of Toronto

Hi,

I have just got verified my last M. Phil degree (in sealed envelope) from Pakistan (my native country) and now I am dispatching it to University of Toronto (UoT). The degree verification authorities are not signing/stamping the form which I downloaded from the UoT CES portal. Should I send the sealed envelope containing verified degree/transcript only to UoT (without form)?
Secondly, kindly guide me, is it required to send the rest of the degree(s)/transcript's photo copy (which falls below my highest degree) without verification, to UoT in the same envelope?

I shall be obliged, if you can guide me the same.

Hi did you get the ECA? What was the process, as I am planning to do it through CES Uo T as well.

I have B.com 2 years and MBA 2.5 years which degrees I should send?
