Any advice on when I will hear from immigration on the COPR or PPR:

Final decision - September 22, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Should I call IRCC or Consulate General of Canada in Australia? The file is being processed In Australia

Could be next week but could be a few months. Likely within a month. Canadian consulate can’t do anything just be patient.

Hi everyone,
I was asked to submit my passport to VHF in Lagos,onwards to IRCC Ghana for a PR VISA to Canada on 24th of September and on 30th September, vac office confirmed it has arrived Ghana for onwards processing. I am yet to hear any feedback since then. Should I still hold my peace ?

Yes, I received the Ppr on Oct 11 as a reply to the webform I sent on Oct 3rd.
Took a week to get the passport back from IRCC(Australia).
