Hello Guys, I received a ghost update on my tracker, checked my GCKey and saw that a final decision was made in November 29, 2024. My tracker shows a COPR number but I never received portal 1 email.
I tried to call them without any success, and raised a webform also without success.
Is there anything I can do to speed them up a bit? Should I worry about this delay, it`s been over a month already.
