Good one..
To my knowledge i think

** Spouse educational transcript also required in University sealed envelope.

** your settlement fund should show equivalent conversion in canadian dollar. I think your bank statement will be in GBP. If you are showing couple of statments then total sum for all in CAD is must. CIC will not do the conversion and calculation for you..

Thank You for your reply.

Regarding Spouse educational transcript, South Gujarat University, Surat can not issue transcript for B.Sc. & M.Sc. (Mathematics) and because of that reason we have certified all marksheets.

Regarding bank statement, i have fillled Personal worth Statement which include all my account details and funds in both GBP and CAD.
Do you think is that sufficient of do i have to prepare cover letter for that.

About the Transcript of spouse : If you can provide evidence that University does not offer transcript to CIC then it would be all fine otherwise it will depend on the case worker to assess your application. I am not sure about the alternates documents you are giving them.

. Since you are giving couple of statements in both GBP and CAD you can write to CIC that your total required sum is XXXX CAD but individual amount should have come from your bank statement showing CAD. Hope i am able to explain myself well..sorry if i have confused you..

And with regards to Bank Statement, I can understand what you are trying to say so i will make sure about that.

If i was you i will send email to University authority and if i don't get the Transcript then i will send print of same email to CIC to show that i attempted to get the Transcript but they did not gave you.

Did you apply from indian embassy in London or other ? could you please tell me the whole process of getting it ??
Do i have give my passport to them or copies??

Hi Deepak

I have applied for me and my wife to Indian Cosulate in Edinburgh.

The Procedure is very simple and easy. I have to go there in morning between 9:30am & 12:30pm and hand in completed forms, original passports, copies of each passport (first and last page), payment & 2 photos for each applicant. They have taken our passports as well and told us to give a call when PCC will be ready which will take 4 to 5 days. (Normal processing time is approx 4 weeks).

Within 3 days i got call that you can collect your passports and PCCs between 4pm & 5pm any of working day.

There will be a stemp on last page of each passport that PCC issued for reason you have applied for.

I have one of my friend who has applied for same in Birmingham Indian Consulate and they takes approx 2 weeks.

I got another friend in London who visited yesterday to Indian Cosulate in London and he has been advise that it will take 45 days. ( Let see how long it will takes)

So I guess process time is different for each Branch.

Hi Rabbi

Transcript will contain your full details as well as your all semister marks with every subjects.

College will put stemp on it and you have to get it stemp on sealed envelop as well.

Will u plz like to share some info.Are u applying under fast track(under new rules ,post Feb 2008 applicant) or ur a SAP applicant (pre Feb 2008 applicant) .I am asking this question as I m a SAP ,pre Feb 2008 applicant n has been recently asked by CHC London to submit docs.The forms which are mentioned in my request letter r only.

I was going through london guide and there were no details about there forms:
• Immigrant Summary Form (Spouse).
• Personal Worth Statement.

But I search in google and found it so i have prepared it but i am still not sure whether it is required or not?
