Filling up info post ITA before final submission

Hi Folks,
Would greatly appreciate your help in understanding the below issue:-
Before I got my ITA, under "Study & Work" or Education History I mentioned all my Bachelors and Masters degrees which were assessed by WES.
But now post receiving my ITA when I continue application, should I add my Secondary School (Class X) and Senior Secondary School (Class XII) details as well. The issue is this was more than 10 years ago so obviously it won't appear even in personal history. Can I omit them completely now or add them to Education History for completeness?

There is no need to mention your 10th and 12th details here. Just Bachelors and above is needed.
