filling up form for citizenship

hello there,i am wondering if i should fill up all the questions with all the letters in capital letter or just the inicial one and the rest lower case...sorry if is a silly question.

I used capital letters only as the beginning of the word. You can use all capitalize if you wish, there is no mistake in that.
