Filling up CIT0002 Address and Work History

Hello Everyone. I'm in the process of filling up the CIT0002 form for citizenship and I have a few questions that I'd like to to ask:

1. Section E, Addresses. The form says "in the last 4 years". Can I put in there something like "PRESENT"? Example: 2012-02-01 to PRESENT.

2. Section F, Work and Education History. Is it ok to have overlapping dates?
2012-02 to PRESENT as HOMEMAKER
2014-05 to 2014-10 as Therapist (part time)

3. Section F, Work and Education History.
This section mentions "If you were not employed (i.e. you were unemployed, retired, homemaker, volunteering, etc. you must indicate this under “Work/Education”, and indicate the time period. "
If I'm a HOMEMAKER, should I put dates again under the Work/Education column? I have already the dates in the "From" and "To" column.
