Hi everyone, my wife and I are trying to sort through this Canadian immigration process, but it’s hard to find information that is both non contradictory and helpful. We have been working on our paper work for a few months now, and its beginning to get very frustrating. First of all a little information on our situation.
I came to Canada in November 2008, to be with my girlfriend (now my wife), and am currently on my second visitor’s visa. We got married this year on August 29th in Canada. I have been reading a lot of information lately that suggests it would be easier and quicker if I submitted my paperwork to the UK office even though I am in Canada. My main question is:
If I file my paperwork through the UK office while in Canada what forms to I uses. Do I use the forms that say ‘currently inside Canada’ or ‘already in Canada”? May sound like a silly question and I know I’m already in Canada but like many other people I keep finding information that is more of a nuisancethan help.
Any information that anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
Yours Andrew
