i'm filling out IMM5710 form now and I have some questions
I submitted my pr application through EE around Apr 15 under CEC with valid LMO till Aug 1, 2015, i'm currently working in canada and have received the automatic AOR from the system. Some questions that I have no idea how to answer and need some suggestions.
question 3
1. A work permit with the same employer
2. An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
3. restoration of your status as a worker
4. temporary resident permit
I'm not sure if i should choose 1 or 2?? i'm applying for birding open work permit but having LMO now and will work in the same company till i get my PR.
question 7
Current country of residence
I have choose Canada and status is worker then have no idea how to answer the date.
I have old work permit from Feb 26, 2013 - Feb 2, 2014 and new work permit Feb 25, 2015 - Aug 1, 2015.

what type of work permit are you applying for - I choose open work permit (am i right?)
Do i need to attach original offer of employment? Do i need to give out the name of employer and all the contact info? lmo number?
