I just wanted to thank everyone here for being so helpful as we begin to fill out our application. We have some questions today regarding this form.
Help on any of following questions is very appreciated.
Question 1:
(regarding Part C Q 3)
If you have lived together in the past, list when and where you lived together. If either of you are living with someone else, include
We have lived together in hotel rooms every time I visit. I'm from Canada and my fiancee is from Philippines so we stayed in same room for almost a month second time I visited and currently we are staying in a hotel room for a few weeks. Does this count as "living" together?
Question 2:
(regarding Part C Q 9)
Did any of the following people go to any of the events above?
Her family has attended wedding but my family will not attend in person (they would like to but cant afford). My mom and family will likely watch wedding from Whatsapp, does this count as "going to events" or formal ceremonies?
In a similar vein, can I say that my mom has "met" my fiancee/wife given they have talked via whatsapp and communicated via email many times or does not count as having met?
Question 3:
( Sponsor's employment history)
I understand there are no gaps in history I provide, I've been employed for last 3 1/2 years fulltime but there was a point in time when I think I may have applied for social assistance (honestly will need to check my tax receipts as this is very vague). How do I answer this? Will this affect my application?
Should end date be date i submit application (as i am presently employed but theres no option for Present)
