filling out applications PLEASE HELP

My spouse is trying to fill out the application on the PDF file (computer), and where it says DATES where it asks for Employement date, he wants to put so and so date till PRESENT...but you have to put a date (numbers) you cant write PRESENT...what would u put in this case if he wants to say he is still presently at that job.

Leave the date blank (in the PDF file). When you print it off write in ink Present. In an additional sheet you can explain if you wish that your partner is currently employed at xyz company.
