Filling out application

Can someone please assist me with filling out this section of the generic application form. Would my spouse be considered a dependent in that section on page 3 where they are asking you to fill in information about all your dependents. He is over 22 years old and is working full time. The categories they give for dependents, he doesn't fit in any of them. Should I write 'not applicable?'

Your spouse indeed is your dependent if you are the principal applicant. When you choose "Spouse" in question 10 "Relationship to principal applicant", then question 12 "Dependant Type" will be automatically grayed out.

So I tried your suggestion and when I choose spouse to question # 10, type of dependent did not grey out. the only section that greyed out was question 10b (other) so am back at square one with that issue

I tried that & its grayed out once i select spouse... u might be using older version, it should be of November 2014...

I filled my forms in July 2014 and everything worked fine. Something might be wrong with your PDF file or viewer. Just leave this field blank, that's it.
