Filling out A-0520-FM

Hi,

I have applied for Quebec process.
And I have received my case Aperture some month ago.

I need to update my IELTS result using the Form A-0520-FM.
This form ask for Reference No. and Dossier No.
I've only received the Reference No.

Can I send this Form with the Reference No. only?

I don't have Dossier no. yet.
