hi, how to file the restoration in province of Saskatchewan 3months beforee expier my workingpermit

You can't apply for restoration until you are actually out of status (i.e. until after your work permit has expired).

Thats right @scylla..

however if you are waiting for your LMIA to get approved (if its filed) you can apply for work permit online (inside canada) two weeks before your current permit expires.. then your are under implied status.. you may still work..
