Okay silly question time:

I was born in Canada, they ask in one of the forms "Are you a Candian citizen?" and then "Became a citizen on:"
Is the correct answers "Yes" and then my date of birth?

Also they ask questions like "How long have you lived at an address". They want from DD/MM/YYYY and to DD/MM/YYYY what do I put in if I'm still living there? The online PDF form won't let me enter stuff like "to Present"?

Funny enough, I had those same two questions all confused. I think most people get confused by their lack of options.

Anyway, you are correct, you put your birth date.

As for the second questions, I used "Preview" for Macs as they allow you to add your own text boxes. But, lacking that amazing free program, I would just print out the forms and just hand write "to present" on that part.

You are right.
Second question - from DOB to the date you prepare or submit the application or "till date" if it can be accommodated.

in the guide it specifies which parts you're supposed to skip given certain circumstances. That part, since you're canadian, you're supposed to skip
