Filling in Proof of Citizenship form for children.

I know that as my child is under 14 I have to sign, but does he also have to sign?

Also, as my child's father is Canadian citizen by birth, do I need to fill in the grandparents section (for my in-laws) or is the fact my husband is a Canadian citizen by birth enough?

If the child is under 14, he doesn't have to sign.

It asks about grandparents on both sides. I do't need to fill my parent's details in because none of us are Canadian. I'm assuming I would only have to fill my husband's parents details in if he was born overseas etc.
