Filling IMM 5669 form

Hello,
After I filled the IMM 5669 form in March 2021 with all the requested details, I received again in November 2021 a request to fill the IMM 5669 again. This time they wrote the below message:
'' Fill the Schedule-A IMM5669. You and/or any accompanying family member aged 18 and over must answer all questions with special attention to questions Education History, Personal History and Addresses since 2019/01, accounting for each period, in chronological order. If you do not account for all the periods, the processing of your application will be affected. ''
Now I am confused, does this mean that I have to fill the IMM 5669 form from the age of 18 years old, or only from January 2019? (noting that the expression "since 2019/01'' was not in bold or anything).
Anyone has received a similar email/request?

Hello,
I have a concern regarding the education history for my spouse's application. How we can include education if we have two degrees received in parallel? Please find details below.
During her study of BBA and MBA, she was also doing Company Secretory (CS) which is equivalent to Master's degree in India.

CS - 2012 to 2017
BBA - 2011 to 2014
MBA - 2014 to 2016

Can we include education in a same order mentioned above (two degree overlapping)?

Also, for total number of education

schooling year - 12
University (BBA+MBA) - 5
Total 17 years.

However, as her CS completed one year after her MBA done, do we need to put total education years 18 (schooling + University + 1 last year of CS) or it can be just 17 (schooling + University)?
