I am from India, While filling IMM 0008- Gen form, Question 19 is related to Identity card number. In EG7.pdf (page 28), these lines are mentioned "If you have such a card, print the number in the space provided. Photocopy both sides of the card and attach the photocopy to your application. ". Which Identity card can i use for filling this.
Can i use?
1. Voters Identity Card of India
2 Pan Card.
Do i need to send this photocopy to Nova Scotia Canada along with the application form?
If i can use and i need to send photocopies, do i need to attest the photocopy with a NOTARY?

Please Help

In india your passport is the major ID. As you are giving that details already in the form, you don't need to give any other card details. Just put "not applicable" or "N/A"

Mention N/A in Identity card number field for India

I wrote my PAN card number...

if they have asked for the proof of the identity card then send it but i do not remember sending any...... but IF you do send it then you have to notarize it..Altough there is no harm in sending the copy !!
