Hello, I'm filling this forms for my mom who is currently hospitalized in Ontario and needs to obtain a Visitor Record as her visa expires on June.
She's been retired since December 2018 and the Employment section on page 3 requires info such as Company/Employer/Facility Name...which seem kind of tricky to answer. This is what i'm planning on answering:
From: 12-2018
To: May 2021 (current date)
Current activity/Occupation: Retired
Company/Employer/Facility Name: - (dash)
City/Town: (where she comes from)
Country: (where she comes from)
Then, in the second section I'd fill with the information from her last job.
Please let me know if this would be accurate.
